Fix: Code Coverage Badge Failed (#196)

Browse Source 
* switch coverage to codecov

* reset node, increment ver

* remove auto-pass job var

* remove coverage 'env' note

* set badge with new action

* add fqvn for action

* fix step name

* make badge commit explicit
